The Echo footprint spans over 10 years of residential, mixed-use and retail, multi-family, historic preservation, medical, workplace, and warehouse development. We currently own over $150M in construction projects with over 250,000 SQ FT in warehouses over the past 3 years.

/ THE ECHO PROCESS

Our top priority is to create partnerships and build trust with clients before we begin development. This begins with our initial discovery meeting in which we discuss the client’s timeline, wants and needs, build options, and overall design vision. We then enter the planning and execution phase where we draw up floor plans and create 2D renderings for review. After that begins the construction phase where we manage the entire process from the first shovel to the final trim piece.

/ THE CREATIVE PULLBACK

One of the most important steps in our building process is the Creative Pullback. After the Initial Discovery Meeting to understand your needs, design vision, and timeline, we start the big picture thinking. Because of our team makeup every project starts with fresh and innovative ideas, we then rely on our experts to transform these ideas into practical, safe, and cost-efficient site plans and layouts. As a team we’ve taken the worst of sites and transformed them into expertly finished products. No problem or issue is too big to tackle, and we thrive on unique, environment-friendly, forward-thinking ideas. As the dust settles on each of our projects, we strive to create something that has never been done before and push the boundaries of what is possible.
