Grand Crossing Development, located in Waterloo, Iowa, is an active project currently under construction. The project is an enormous 260,000+ SQ FT development encompassing multiple buildings through three separate phases.

Phase I at Grand Crossing is a completed 68-unit upscale condominium complex outfitted with heated underground parking, bar/lounge area and workout facility. The project received a 20 year TIF at 50% and was also awarded a Distressed Workforce Housing Tax Credit.
